We deliver an Employability programme which allows young people to prepare for any work placement and/or job opportunity.
The programme is designed for young people who are leaving school or will be looking for employment in the next 12 to 18 months.
The aim of the programme is to provide an introduction to the World Of Work and:
The programme is delivered over 10 sessions, in the evening, for 2 hours per week and includes the following:

We are an SQA Approved Centre to deliver Employability Award Levels 3 and 4, so you will be able to gain a formal qualification through taking part in our Employability Programme!

Interested in a work experience?
The Work Experience Support Service is available across Perth & Kinross to source and support work experience placement opportunities for young people. It is essential for autistic young people to have a meaningful work experience placement.
This allows them the opportunity to learn key skills, improve confidence and be equipped for the working environment.
The criteria for accessing this service are as follows:
What is the aim of the Work Experience Service?
Perth Autism Support has a network of appropriate employers to identify potential resources and opportunities which may be available for young people.
The work experience can be for a fixed time or could be arranged over a flexible, extended period of time.
